THE AMAZING WEDDING - WHY IS IT OUR SPECIALTY?
We want your wedding day to be AMAZING! This is a day you have envisioned and dreamed of. You have picked the date, the dress, the color and theme for your wedding, the venue, the food, the photographer, the cake and (of course) the perfect mate ...whew! That was a lot of work, now let Amayzing Entertainment handle what we believe to be the second most important part of this special day, creating everlasting memories with a fun environment.
Here are the basics of what we do: (below is an example, we can customize anything for your dream wedding)
We arrive on-site 2 hours early for light and sound system setup, soundcheck, and coordinate with other vendors to make sure everything is in order for a flawless night, as well as change into professional attire.
Your guests will be arriving and mingling to an inviting, elegant background ambiance of light music playing 30 minutes before your ceremony begins. At "show time" we play your bridal parties special entrance songs, the Brides entrance song, and any other special ceremony music finishing off with your exit song. *you pick these special songs and don't worry, we can help with that if needed.
Congratulations on your marriage, this is when you usually get pics made with each other and the bridal party. Your guests will be enjoying some light, upbeat cocktail music in the background as they arrive to the cocktail/social hour area to meet and greet each other and talk about how wonderful the ceremony was. When you are done with pictures and you are ready to make your "Grand Entrance," this is where the fun part of the day really begins.
Grand Entrance/Wedding Reception:
At this time I will make sure all of your guests are seated and pumped up to make your Grand Entrance the BIGGEST celebration this side of Texas. We will have the entrance planned out beforehand from our one-on-one consultations. The Grand Entrance will be personalized, kicked up and ready to launch. Oh, and don't worry, Amayzing Entertainment will get everybody where they need to be, assist them on what to do and where to go. (We never leave you or your guests wandering around or confused about what to do next). Right after the Grand Entrance, you will share your first dance together as husband and wife. Dinner with blessings usually takes place right after the first dance and the guests involvement in the nights fun starts here. We have different trivia/game show style options that will get your family and friends in line for their meal in a fun but orderly fashion. The next phase of fun at your reception starts right after dinner is finished, with interaction that leads EVERYONE to the dance floor! Our first dance sets are intentionally short, getting longer towards the end of the night, stopping for fun interaction, all of the wedding traditions, parent dances, and plenty of laughs and smiles throughout the evening. And, of course, we can rock the house for those that like to really party. From the Grand Entrance to the Grand Exit, we want everyone to have an AMAZING time. This includes kids, introverted guests and even your grandparents. *If additional equipment will be needed, there may be an additional charge. You will know this beforehand, we have no hidden fees. Set up and break down time is included and does not effect package hours.
